The tool (only available in Dutch) will ask you to answer questions with a specific store in mind. If you only have one store, this will be easy. If you have multiple stores, please select a specific one (indeed unless all your stores are 100% alike, each store ideally requires its own audit). After filling in the general information, you will be able to answer the audit questions by using the sliders made available. The questions address the architecture, the level of stimulation in the store, the customer's motivation and the store’s level of discovery. The answers you provide are then plotted on four axes that determine what type of experience customers may find in your store, which pitfalls might be associated with this and what you may want to look out for.
