These are tough times for retailers. To provide some inspiration, we have started a reportage series on how retailers are still engaging with customers and trying to generate sales behind closed doors. Each reportage lasts about 10 minutes and takes a "behind the scenes" approach. We also talk to retailers to gather their views and approach. Three clips (in Dutch only) are currently available to view: Berghoff in Lockdown with their #thuisploeg action; La Bottega in lockdown with their Live sessions; Grapes house of wines with their wineful thinking reportage (only in Dutch).
The response so far has been very nice and the ideas keep coming in. We thus hope to continue making these reports. Be sure to follow our Retail Design Lab YouTube channel to keep up to date with new videos.
